Your Mattress ships inside of a 4mil thick clear, plastic mattress bag. That then goes inside of a super thick blue Mattress carrying bag with handles, that then goes inside of a custom cardboard box for ultimate protection!

Shipping out of state can take up to 10 business days when traveling via freight across the country. Freight is much different than simply shipping an envelope or small package via USPS or FedEx. Your Mattress travels via ground by semi truck from shipping terminal two shipping terminal. Average time is just 3-4 days as we are centrally located!

The delivery company will call you in advance to set up your delivery time and date. They will not deliver without speaking to you first. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct when making the payment as that is the info we use to ship your bed! We will provide all of the tracking information upon shipping your bed. Your pro tracking number will be for the nationwide carrier, once it gets to your local delivery company. It will be assigned a new tracking number and they will call you to set up your delivery appointment!
